K. Manish Manish is an accomplished healthcare leader with extensive experience in driving transformation across the pharmaceutical and health services sectors. Before taking the helm at Curovia Healthcare, Manish held senior leadership roles at Blue Chip pharmaceutical companies including J&J, MSD, and Sanofi, where he led large-scale business transformations, market expansions, and award-winning patient support programmes.
With a passion for patient wellbeing, Manish has spearheaded strategic alliances with global pharmaceutical leaders and launched “Mitra,” India’s largest diabetes patient support initiative, and championed digital-first patient engagement campaigns.
Known for his inspiring leadership, Manish blends strategic insight with operational excellence, consistently fostering innovation and building high-performing, patient-centred teams. He brings this experience to Curovia with a mission to improve health outcomes and engagement for UK healthcare and reduce health inequalities through culturally sensitive and tech-enabled care models.
Kate Pym Kate Pym is a seasoned healthcare consultant and business leader with nearly 30 years’ experience across the NHS, pharmaceutical, public, private, and third sectors. As the UK General Manager of Curovia Healthcare, she brings a wealth of expertise in healthcare market access, innovation commercialisation, and service design to support culturally appropriate and outcome-driven healthcare solutions.
In her role as Managing Director of Pym’s Consultancy Ltd, she has supported over 90 organisations—including SMEs, universities, and major charities—to navigate the UK health and care landscape. Her experience and drive lies in patient-centred innovation, business growth strategy, and service transformation, particularly in health inequality, long-term conditions, and integrated care.
With a strong track record in supporting disruptive healthcare technologies and services, Kate is passionate about reducing health inequalities and improving engagement with under-served communities. Her role at Curovia is to lead UK partnerships, ensure cultural sensitivity in service delivery, and support the organisation’s mission to deliver better health outcomes for South Asian populations and other marginalised groups.To create a more equitable healthcare system where every individual—regardless of ethnicity, language, disability, or circumstance—can access, understand, and benefit from high-quality, person-centred care.
